By enquiring with or booking through Mnzy Tripz, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & payments

• Prices shown on this website are "starting from" prices per person and are indicative. Final prices depend on travel dates, hotel availability and group size.
• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and send written confirmation.
• The balance amount must be paid before the start of the trip unless agreed otherwise.

Itinerary changes

We may modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, strikes, government orders or other circumstances beyond our control. We will offer suitable alternatives wherever possible.

Traveller responsibilities

• Carry valid government-issued photo ID for all travellers.
• Follow the rules of hotels, transport providers and attractions.
• Inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special requirements.

Liability

Mnzy Tripz acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators and other service providers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, delays or losses beyond our reasonable control.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu.
